The eSIM will be sent to your email within 10 minutes after payment.
Please install and activate the eSIM within 15 days of receipt, or it will expire.
The eSIM starts counting from the day of installation.
Make sure to activate it on the day you plan to use it (Vietnam Time).
Activation can be done before departure, but the day of use should match Vietnam time for proper day counting.

Excellent network coverage across Vietnam, including islands like Phu Quoc
Flexible daily 5GB data plans – choose the number of days you need
Viettel market share exceeds 54%, ensuring the widest coverage for travel

How to Check If Your Phone Supports eSIM
The full walkthrough is below. Following it end to end — scanning the QR code through to switching your data line after you land in Vietnam — takes about ten minutes. If a step is unclear, the full installation guide covers it in more detail.

Yes, it differs from our other plans. Installing activates day one automatically, rather than counting to 23:59 on the day you scan. Install on the day you actually start using it, in Vietnam time.
It must be installed within 15 days of purchase or it expires — shorter than the 30 days on our other plans. Please do not buy far in advance.
Yes. Viettel is Vietnam’s largest carrier and Phu Quoc is covered, along with Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City.
We would not recommend the smallest plan — leaving headroom is the safer choice. Maps, navigation, translation, social media and messaging add up to more than most people expect, and running out of data abroad is the worst moment to find that out. For most travellers around 3GB a day is a more comfortable starting point. Where this destination offers a total-data plan (10GB or 20GB, for example), that is usually our first recommendation: a heavy day will not leave you stuck, and the allowance spreads across the whole trip. If you stream video, upload a lot of photos, or need to share the connection with another device, an unlimited plan is the simplest answer.
Install on your departure day while your phone still has internet — airport Wi-Fi works, or your home network before you fly. An eSIM cannot be activated without a connection.
The eSIM must be activated within 30 days of delivery or it expires, and that is the buyer’s responsibility. Ordering about a week before departure is ideal rather than months ahead.
iPads, tablets, customised devices, contract phones, carrier-locked phones, and jailbroken or rooted devices are not supported. Before ordering, dial *#06# — if an EID appears your handset supports eSIM. Also confirm the phone is not locked to a carrier.
The QR code is sent automatically to your contact email within about 10 minutes of payment. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact our LINE official account @peanutmo / WhatsApp +886-921-963-203 (10:00-17:00, UTC+8 Time Zone).
