Frequently asked questions

Does one eSIM really work across all 42 European countries?

Yes — that is what the regional profile is for. It connects to a local partner network in each country and switches automatically as you cross borders, so you install once and keep the same profile for the whole trip.

Will the connection drop when I cross a border?

You may see a brief re-registration as the profile picks up the next network, the same way roaming behaves, but you do not need to do anything. There is no swapping, re-scanning or reconfiguring.

Should I buy one country plan or the regional plan?

Two countries or more, take the regional plan — it is simpler and you avoid a second purchase mid-trip. One country only, the single-country plan does the same job.

Is Russia included in the Europe 42-country plan?

No. Russia is provisioned separately and needs its own eSIM profile. If your itinerary includes both, buy the regional plan and the Russia plan.

Is Turkey included?
