In accordance with Article 2 of the Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Contract Cancellation in Distance Sales and Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act:
Goods that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or are close to expiration at the time of contract termination, such as freshly prepared meals, fruits and vegetables, cakes, or fresh milk.
Customized products made according to your request, such as engraved seals or made-to-measure clothing.
Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines.
Audio-visual products or computer software that have been unsealed. If you are unsure whether you wish to return the item, please do not unseal it.
Digital content not provided on a tangible medium, or online services that are completed once provided, with your prior consent, such as e-books, virtual credits, or electronic membership cards.
Personal hygiene products that have been unsealed, such as underwear or razors. If you are unsure whether you wish to return the item, please do not unseal it.
International air passenger transport services, such as international flight tickets.
Once an eSIM order is successfully placed, it will be sent to your email address within 24 hours. As it is digital content not provided on a tangible medium, once the eSIM has been issued, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
If there is any issue with a product and you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact our online customer service first via LINE Official Account @peanutmo for assessment. The following conditions apply:
Improper operation
If you did not follow the product instructions (e.g., failed to activate the eSIM, did not enable data roaming, or did not confirm that your device supports the product), returns or refunds will not be accepted.
Please refer to the instructions for your purchased product, as usage methods vary by product.
eSIM usage issues
If you encounter issues while using an activated eSIM during your trip, please contact Peanutmo’s official LINE customer service @peanutmo immediately.
If the activated eSIM has been resolved by customer service and is functioning normally, refunds will not be granted after you return to your home country.
Failure to follow product page or eSIM email instructions
International data eSIMs cooperate with multiple local telecom operators and do not necessarily use a single network.
Peanutmo cannot control local telecom coverage, signal strength, or communication frequencies.
If you fail to review product information in advance (e.g., incompatibility with local telecom operators or your device not supporting eSIM), Peanutmo shall not be responsible for any resulting losses or compensation.
If you encounter any issues while using the product at your destination, please contact our official LINE customer service @peanutmo immediately. If customer service determines that the issue is due to a product defect (and not user error), Peanutmo will accept a return or exchange.
If you experience any difficulties while using our product or service, please contact customer service right away. We will provide professional assistance to resolve the issue promptly. To ensure the best service experience, please report any abnormalities during the usage period. If customer service is unable to resolve the issue, a refund will be provided.
Please note that all issues must be reported during the usage period. Requests for returns or exchanges made after returning to your home country will not be accepted, as we are unable to verify the actual usage conditions or determine whether other factors were involved. Please contact us promptly to protect your consumer rights and receive proper after-sales support.
